Garage gym competition athlete spotlight

In May this will be my third year competing in the Garage gym competition which is a virtual powerlifting meet that is open to anyone in the world. It is done as a way to unite the home gym community. It is a lot of fun because it is free, you do not have to be some professional elite athlete to enter and you have a chance in the open raffle just by entering to win amazing prizes. I was fortunate enough to get to be part of the weekly athlete spotlight this week and they did a really fun write up with the interview questions so I though I would attach it to my blog for you all to check out
