Believe good things are coming

The first 7 months of 2020 have been nothing short of interesting. We certainly all have enough stories to write a book at this point. Personally I have had a few ups and a few downs for sure but I am keeping the mindset of “I have the ability to adapt and change” I have opportunities….we all do if we take the time to see them.

This mindset can be applied to anything, it is a great way to look at behavior change in:

your health and fitness

the way you approach food

the ways you speak to yourself, how you treat yourself

how you react to stressors in your life

making assumptions about other people

what opportunities do you have to change and grow in any of those areas?

A good challenge could be to pick 1 or 2 of these to work on for the remainder of 2020

With some of the restrictions now being lifted I have been seeing one on one clients for training sessions and health coaching sessions. It has been AMAZING to see people in person again, each person I work with is so unique and nothing can replace that in-person experience. I have missed everyone greatly, YOU are the foundation of Fitness You Can Live With.

If you are looking to get a training session or interested in health coaching I am here for you! Mon-Sat sessions available

As of now gyms in Michigan remain closed and I would like to start group training back up when gyms open officially so I can stay in compliance so I am shooting for Monday July 6th and will keep you posted if this changes.

I would like to keep groups to 4-5 people maximum so please let me know what sessions you will be at so I can prepare accordingly and keep everyone safe and healthy!
